Failing real estate promises

Addis Abeba has become such an overcrowded metropolis that having a home has become a rare and costly privilege. Housing has long been a concern in the city, but the tremendous growth in population size since the millennium’s turn has worsened the matter. There were 125 registered real estate businesses in the nation as of 2018. Among those that entered the real estate market, a few attempted to create and deliver on their promises, but only a few were successful.
