Graphic Designer
KEMMCOM’s Communications Practice Area is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support the development and execution of strategic, digital, and internal communications strategies for public, private, and non-profit organisations in Ethiopia. Reporting directly to the Project officer (Communications), the graphic Designer will be crucial in creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages and enhance the overall brand image.
Collaborate with the Communications Practice Area team to understand design requirements and project objectives.
– Create visually striking and innovative designs for various digital platforms, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and online advertisements.
– Develop engaging designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.
– Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual identity.
– Use industry-standard software and tools to create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate necessary revisions into design projects.
– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
– Stay updated on design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
– Assist in coordinating printing and production processes for physical marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
