Ministry of Education announced that it is preparing to give “special capacity building” training to working teachers in the coming winter months. The ministry also stated that the training is based on the teachers’ level of education and their teaching method.
The ministry announced that they have prepared the guidelines for teachers and school leaders on Friday, 9th February 2024 at a public meeting held at the headquarters meeting hall. The guidelines cover general teachers’ promotion performance, school leadership recruitment and placement, and the recruitment and selection of teacher candidates.
