Ethiopia’s sustained economic growth over the last fifteen years has attracted the attention of the international community and has resulted in one of the fastest growing rates of foreign direct investment and development assistance on the African continent. While this has brought a lot of benefits to the country in creating employment opportunities, it has created a lot of challenges managing the expectations of the local workforce, surrounding community, government stakeholders, and the shifting needs of industry in a rapidly-changing country.
With this in mind, KEMMCOM will support private sector and international organizations in developing and maintaining excellent reputations so that they can launch and sustain successful businesses in Ethiopia.
